Italy 2026 – Dublin and Move-In

In Dublin, it took a bit to switch out of Italian mode. Between the accent and the Gaelic language it took some adjustment before we stopped saying Grazie. We spent much of the first evening walking the river front seeing the famous Samuel Beckett Bridge crossing the Liffey River. The riverfront was quiet with lots of housing and some tech and financial business. We eventually realized the busy part of Dublin was the other direction. We had dinner at Kennedy’s near the hotel. The next day went to the free National Gallery. It was a really nice museum with a lot of modern art. We then spent more time is the busy part near Temple Bar and all the pubs. We went to market with some thrift shops and went to some record stores. We found some lunch
